Have you tapped into the potential of collaborating with other virtual assistants to help you grow your business?

If you can start to view other virtual assistants as partners and confidantes, you’ll never see them as competition again! There are so many ways to collaborate with other service providers to create a more fun and vibrant business.

On today’s episode of The Support Squad, I’m sharing 4 Ways You Can Collaborate with Other Virtual Assistants to Grow Your Business.

Tune in to hear:

  • One of the ONLY times I recommend giving away your services for free
  • How to create a referral pod that brings you leads effortlessly
  • 2 fun ideas for growing your social media account and getting exposed to new audiences

#1 Instagram Lives

Going live is more fun with a friend! People love seeing engaging conversations between two business owners. Pick a topic and then invite a virtual assistant friend to come onto your IG and jam with you on it!

You can work together to promote the live so that you both get exposed to each other’s audiences. Total win-win!

#2 Skill Swaps

As I’ve shared before, I do not often recommend that virtual assistants offer services for free. One of the few exceptions to that rule is to do a skill swap with another virtual assistant.

This is a great opportunity to practice a new skill that you’re learning in exchange for a service from another virtual assistant. Need a new logo or some sales copy for your website? Why not trade for one of your services like inbox cleanup or graphic creation?

#3 Referral Pods

If you can make connections with other virtual assistants that serve the same kinds of clients that you do, but offer different services, you have the opportunity to collaborate with them to create a referral pod.

Get together a group of 4 or 5 virtual assistants and agree to refer each other for projects and job opps. This makes you look well resourced to your clients and helps you to bring in more leads effortlessly.

#4 Challenges & Giveaways

Challenges and giveaways are fun ways to create engagement on social media and grow your audience. Teaming up with another virtual assistant to create an event like this will double your exposure and create a more valuable experience for your followers.
