My guest on the podcast today is my pal and Support Squad member Mayra Willis. After taking my Spotlight Your Specialty workshop, she has become a Visibility Specialist who helps her clients reach new audiences by getting featured on podcasts.

Mayra Willis, a Visibility Specialist and CEO of Task Done Virtual Services, specializes in booking established and ambitious coaches of all specialties as podcast guests. She helps them to reach new audiences, share their unique message and connect them with their ideal clients.

Mayra is outgoing and fun, yet professional when handling business. She enjoys connecting her clients with hosts to form lasting relationships and gain that sought-after authority, credibility, and of course visibility.

She has 10 years of experience in corporate America and has now transitioned her skills to open her agency to have control of her time, be with her family more, and of course be her own boss.

Who do you serve and why?

I serve established coaches who have a few clients but are ready to grow their business and they're needing help finding those clients. 

I decided to team up with coaches of all specialties because I love how they support other people in their journeys to accomplish their goals. I know this personally because I have hired coaches to support me during my journey. I  felt aligned to work with and support them as they grow and scale their business. 

What is a Visibility Specialist?

A  visibility specialist is someone that focuses on getting their clients exposed in a good way.  

For me, what that looks like is getting my clients booked on podcasts to be guest experts, which connects them with their ideal clients.

 How does podcast guesting get you more visibility?

Podcast guesting increases your visibility by getting you in front of new audiences that you would normally not have the reach to get or listeners who just haven't discovered you yet. 

With podcast guesting, you don’t have to write anything. All you have to do is show up, share your expertise and expose your business brand. 

Plus, with each podcast episode that you're on most hosts create show notes and then those show notes get posted on the host’s social media platforms and their website, and your name and your business is attached!
